Hello, I am Melissa (Missy) LaDuke, a Realtor® at the Reinhart office in Chelsea, Michigan. I know the Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne, and Jackson Counties well. I have two amazing children that are now grown, I am now living my dream of working as a full-time Realtor®. I truly understand the importance of listening, being available, transparency, patience, and am a problem-solver. I relate to my clients through communication, assisting them to work towards their goals.
As a seller's agent, I use strategic planning and research to sell a home in the shortest amount of time, working hard to get the highest profits. I educate sellers on the selling process, their immediate market area, and the importance of our relationship acting as a team throughout the listing process. I consult on staging a home, slight improvements that can make a dramatic difference on how a property shows, and importance of pricing for the current market. I market properties through many different venues to get as much visibility, negotiate the sale of a home on behalf of the sellers until a successful closing.
As a buyer's agent, I educate my clients on the home buying process, and carefully listen to their needs and wants. Based on those parameters, I select properties to show and eventually negotiate the purchase of a home on the buyers' behalf.
